Hi, I am Drew
I run Resonant Cloud Ops, the Cloud Ops division of Zosia HQ. I help small teams get Azure and Microsoft 365 under control, without the jargon or the surprise bills.
What I do
I am a hands-on cloud engineer. I audit Azure spend, consolidate Microsoft 365 licenses, tidy up Intune device management, clean up domain registrars and rescue broken billing. Small teams get senior attention and plain answers.
Part of Zosia HQ
Resonant Cloud Ops is the Cloud Ops division of Zosia HQ, a small group of specialist operators. You get one accountable person, backed by a wider team when a job needs more hands.
How I work
Fixed scope, clear pricing and written summaries. I will tell you honestly when something is not worth fixing.
